Mac osx 10.7.2, usb DMX Pro, not working!!

hi yes i have the same setup, it doesnt always fire, sometimes it just makes the go button red and the dimmers go to about 7% by them selves without firing a cue and DL crashes.
The only immediate fire through MSC is to trigger cue 0. when it does work it takes 7 seconds to fire cues regardless of the fade time.
Unfortunately i needed this for a new small show next week (Only 4 chanels and switching between only 3 cues) and have been messing around with it for a long time now as well as the expense of the usb dmx pro. and now i might have to do it with all lights on as i have no operator.
I used lanbox and qlab for a long time and also in main venues i use lanbox and applescript to fire main lighting consoles through ethernet, but as my lanbox LCM doesn't work with 10.7 i decided to bite the bullet and switch to DL based on online reviews. unfortunately it just doesn't seem to work for me.
