If I try as above eg 'Step' is in 'Prepas' (green box around) , then type eg [CH]1 [THRU] 5 [@][50][TIME] 1 [TimeGroup] <Return>
I get the 'Bad Sentence' error box

I think you should remove the [TIME] and directly call [TGROUP].
