dmx usb configuration last version of dlight

Hello, 
simple question! 
I download the last show of dlight and i connect entenc usb and i dont see its taking dmx And its not working. I have my license and all correct.

hey, si tu es sur windows essaie de mettre a jour tes ports usb avec Zadig

I would say the same thing, please reinstall drivers thanks to zadig.exe (if it's a PC)

Thank you all for the replies. 

Actually I'm using a MacOs so no need for zadig.exe. My enttec DMX Usb Pro is detected and I see it on the top right of Dlight, and everywhere it appears as normal, but the enttec doesn't light up as usual when signal is send there, so my guess it that there is something between those two elements that is not working.
