Wishlist - More "event" - type functions via MIDI

Salut,

I wonder, would it be useful for anyone else but me to get more MIDI control over at least a limited set of central functions like:

Record
delete cue
Modify
Time
Time_in
Time_out
Wait

, i.e. the function you'd most use in everyday LX programming?

The reason I ask is because I have built myself a neat little setup, resembling more a standard, hardware lighting console:

- a usb numeric keypad (which lets me do all numbers, decimal point, thru, at_level, plus, minus, and backspace) and
- a NanoKONTROL (wich I currently use for 4 times 16 channels [half faders and half knobs, and the ninth on all scenes as Grandmaster fader])

The NanoKONTROL also has a playback control section (rewind, play, fastforward, loop, stop, record), all of which can be either CC or MMC (transport control, that DLight takes as Sysex, i.e. Record Punch in).

Ideally, it would be cool to have the central functions mentioned above available for MIDI CC, MIDI Note, and MIDI SysEx triggers; But if that would be a major issue or too confusing, we could talk about which would be most handy for which control type.

What do you guys think?

Cheers,

F

I have a different configuration on my Kontrol, but I'm interested to :)

And a +% and -% would be great!
