Troubles with license

Hi this is Martin, non french speaking, i'm a bit lost on the website and forum, so sorry for opening new topic. 

My D:light told me this mornig that its demo only and DMX is atered or what. I was surprised and not sure when I bought the license last time - anyway in the rush I bought new license and then I dont know why It took my previous license which ends on September...So now I have two licenses on - any option how could I get rid of the spare one? and get my money back or keep it on account to september?

Hi, sorry i get it now, I'm an idiot - can you delete the topic I' ve started? I was in the pressure before the show and your system told me I need to buy the license but it was wrong message! So it was not my fault in the beginning...I'm sure you can find the license by IP address, so we can solve the problem with no range to bots or anybody else...i'm really lost in the forum and the first idea was to write direct message but I couldn find any contact.
Can you delete my message with the picture and help me out, please?
