enttec dmx usb pro pc windows 7

hello,
i would like to use d::light on my computer, windows 7.
i installed the program, connected the enttec dmxusb pro converter,downloaded drivers from the enttec side and now i'm stuck. my pc recognizes the dmxusb pro but on d::light on "display" - "setup" - "dmx" i can't switch on the dmx. i tried to download libusbx but without success.
can sombody help me with a step by step instruction? is d::light really suitable for pc?
i also understand french, i just can't write or speak it...

already before i found this page and tried to follow the steps. in the end i downloaded another light program, open light, and with this program the conversation between pc, usb dmx converter and dimmer worked.
so i don't know where the problem could be.
i want to make it run because i already know a bit dlight working on the mac of a friend...

Hi Rose,
I choose this option because it allow me to use the same code on each platform (Mac, PC && LInux).

a quick step by step instructions would be:
-download zadig.exe
-plug the usbPro
-launch zadig.exe
-in the option menu of zadig choose 'list all devices'
-the usbPro should appear
-zadig let you install several kind of driver for the widget, and be sure to choose WINUSB
-click on replace driver
-zadig tells you when installation is complete
-open :Light
-create a new sho (File/new)
-in the setup of DL, scroll down to DMX part
-choose usbDMX
-click on the ON/OFF led

at this point DL should be connected to the widget

please tell me where it goes wrong

that is what i did, but i will re-try.
unfortunately i don't have the usbdmx pro with me right now, but i will try later and then let you know.

indeed, you need the usbPro to be plugged at some point in order to let zadig install the proper driver.
