N'hésitez pas à nous faire parvenir vos suggestions d'amélioration sur le forum ou à éditer directement le Wiki ou la FAQ .

Hello

I've just installed d:light to use with the enttec dmx usb pro.
Everything is working when I use the USB PRO UTILITY (communication with the rack is fine and evry channel is working properly); the problem is that once in d::light, I set the dmx out to the usb pro and the info says "FLUSH FAILED" AND NO CHANNEL WORKS. I really need to have this working tomorrow for a show.. Can anyone help me? I'm using windows 7, could that be the problem?

hi,
as i don't use windows, i can't tell you how does usb pro utility works.

for

:L, you need to have the drivers of the usb dmx pro installed.
you can grab them here www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

"Flush Failed" means there's no way to "ping" usb dmx widget.

tell me if it works.
