Unzipping the DLD Library file was created by Tiepsje
Hi!

I'm having difficulties opening the DLD Library (version 0.45028) on my MacBook Air. The downloaded file is a .z file and is not being recognized by any software I use to unzip files. Can anyone tell me how to open and import this file in D::Light? Hopefully it contains a lot more new fixtures I could use :-)

Thanks!

Hi,
as long as you follow releases, you don't need to use that file... update lib is included in the software.
there's even more with beta version on Discord....

Which device do you miss ?

Hi Nicolas!

Thanks for your quick response! I do a lot of lighting work in different theaters with lots of different fixtures. When the fixture is not in the D::light library I use GDTF to find a matching file (which most of the time works, otherwise I create my own fixture but that costs more time). I just now updated to the latest version of D::Light and was hoping to replenish the library.

So in short: not missing any fixtures at this moment specifically, just trying to enlarge the library :-)
