I can not run Dlight in my computer becose there was a message saying: Deactivate previous license first. I did it and now I can not activate again.

Hi,
that generally means that your key is activated on another computer (and it was since 26 February).
I deactivated it, can you please try again.

I told you that we should discuss by email... it serves no purpose to buy a new key and I pay for any new key !!
Does your computer is at the right Time/Date?
Also do not use the new key but the old one, I’ll refund you
