Patch two channels to same output was created by mjodar
Hi Nico,

Is it possible to patch two channels on the same output, and take whatever value is higher?

Lots of times I would have found this useful. For example, I have a theatre show programmed. I have my front light on channels 1, 2, 3, and a second row of front light on 4, 5, 6. Then I go to a gig and I only can use one row of front light. So I want to patch channels 1 and 4 to output 1, and take whatever is higher. Patch channels 2 and 5 to output 2....... etc.

Is this a feature you could implement in the near future? I would really appreciate it. And lots of friends who use Dlight I spoke with would find it useful too.

Thanks a lot

marc

Hi,
This idea is around since the beginning of DLight but I think it's more prone to errors than useful.
In order to tweak things for a specific gigs I would select ch 1>6, open the Track panel and drag'n drop all levels of ch 1 to ch 4, all levels of ch 2 to ch5, etc...
(and after the gig, trash the sho file)

as I said, I think that on tour such an option can lead to errors... so I don't want to write it.
