Chasers speed & Strobo effect

Hola, could somebody explain me how to be able to manually change the speed of a chaser for example programming a fader for that? could it be that the dimmer is. fixed in the chaser and the fader of submaster changes the speed?  is this possible?

let's say you Chaser is loaded in Sub 1, open the Chaser Editor for another Sub, click on the 'Load' button and select SPEED.
Now you need to define for which Sub it's the Speed, so choose your Sub 1.

the new Speed submaster is at 50% by default, under this value you slow down the Chaser, above you speed it up.
using the playMode of the sub Speed you can also define in which way the Chaser is played (aka CWise, CCWise or Random).
