short pulse on flash button?

i have to program a show where they have a door that opens and closes with DMX. what i need to make is a button that gives a pulse of a certain length on a channel. to open and close are 2 different lengths so ideally i have a button for each. i just don't know how to program a flash button to hold for a set timing on each push. (channel is already on non-dim)

Hi Birt,
You can use a TIME submaster. Inside the submaster editor, fill the hold value for as long you want to trigger the next value and set 0 to times.
Like that, you hit the time button of the flash, it goes up, stays up during the hold time and get down.
