Programming chasers with moving lights

I am currently using DLight (4.0.16) for a theatre show, and I love it. I use Qlab to control it and its great.
The theatre show needs some moving light chasers. So I made a simple chase using the chase editor with a simple movinghead I had laying around. (eurolite ledTMH6, I uploaded the fixture file i made to the download area)).
There are a couple of things I noticed that need to be looked at;
It does not exactly record the output of each step i make. It only records the changes, i there an easy way to record all parameters to the step? Can there be a clear 'tracking' on/off button, in order to program 'wysiwyg' style (like the way you create steps for conventional dimmers in the main window) or 'tracking' style.
Another thing i noticed was that when i assigned the chaser to a submaster, the level of the submaster affects ALL THE PARAMETERS recorded in the chase, and not just the level, like you would expect. Is there a way to fix this? perhaps a start/stop button on the speed fader?
One last thing; The key commands for the device editor window (cmd+shift+D) only work in the main window, not in the chase editor. This requires an extra annoying step, given the fact that i want to make several chases.
Are you also going to create a way to give fixture parameters a LFO with a speed and size and offset? like in a Compulite Spark 4d, or similar light desk? that would make programming chasers so much easier!
Thanks in advance,
Jannes aka SoundSurfer
PS; its for this show [its in dutch]

Can you make an output window, that shows in realtime the values that are outputted by dlight, in % or 255 values, after the master fader, after the dimmer curves.. ?
Is it also possible to rearrange the position of the parameters in the devices window? because I run this on a 1440x900 macbook screen, and all the windows dont fit on the screen... ;-(
hope to hear from you soon!!
Greetings!
Jannes

thanx for that, it should be online(eurolite ledTMH6, I uploaded the fixture file i made to the download area)).
this is by design... DL only records change. It does not exactly record the output of each step i make. It only records the changes, i there an easy way to record all parameters to the step?
there's an option in the main board and in the chaser board as well called Force DLink.
the purpose of this function is to record DeviceLink even when the Device is switched off.
in the next release, I'll add an option to Force DLink called FullForce which will record DLink with all parameters (not only the changing ones)
this is what you'll want to use... (I guess...
when you load a palette in a submaster, there's a Rolling style option which let the submaster's level control only intensity.Another thing i noticed was that when i assigned the chaser to a submaster, the level of the submaster affects ALL THE PARAMETERS recorded in the chase, and not just the level, like you would expect. Is there a way to fix this?
I can extend this behavior to chasers as well.... good point
other good pointOne last thing; The key commands for the device editor window (cmd+shift+D) only work in the main window, not in the chase editor. This requires an extra annoying step, given the fact that i want to make several chases.
thus, you can still use Tab to swich among open windows

yes, it's on my todo list....

thinking twice....
there's barely no case one would want submaster's level to act on DLink isn't it...?
