I´m trying to get this program working for my shows but it is driving me crazy. In order to learn it I tried the (old) manual, tried the "releases sub forum" and tried the commom sense, but at the moment all I got I can select channels and give @.
What I need at the moment is to record a Cue list and maybe some submasters using @Mode
I know if go "Display->Cue" I can create and edit cues, but I guess there is a faster way like the main window using @Mode ,something like:
(once selected channels)
[CUE] 1 [REC] ->but this is not working...
Whats steps do i have to do to record and play a cue list?
Is there any place where I can see all "@Mode" sentences?
I am wondering how you guys managed to get this program working...
I promise once I learn this program I will make a updated manual to help newbies like me
Thank you in advance

Sadly, there is no updated manual - so the best/only way is through asking on the forum. One of the main changes since the original manual is that the original RPN notation for command line control has been supplemented by '@Mode', so :-
You can select either RPN or @Mode as your preferred method
Example RPN : 1 [CHANNEL} 70 [LEVEL] (ie, '@') [ENTER]
Example @Mode: [CHANNEL] 1 @ 70 [ENTER]
But there are manny many other changes. One way to begin to find them is to look at the 'Releases' sub-forum, and note the annotated changes in each release or beta-release. Other than that, just ask - this is a very helpful and friendly forum, and no one will ever put you down just for asking. And Nico (the developer) is the most helpful of all.
It's a really good program once you get to grips with it, so hang in there...
Regards,
Colin

a really good tip for a beginner : once you learned how to record cue and load them in the steps, don't forget to leave gaps between your cue number, so that's their always in a numeric order.
right example :
step 1 cue 10
step 2 cue 20
step 3 cue 30
wrong example :
step 1 cue 10
step 2 cue 5
step 3 cue 12
you can also go to the COM menu, below the "sample". you have some variable their
sorry for my grammar.

Try
[REC] [CUE] 1
Or even just
[REC] 1

please have a look to this post from 2 years and 1 month ago
www.nicole-banana.com/index.php/forum/2-...s/4571-3-0-8-release
it would be nice if you can write a wiki page to list (and comment) all the commands.

I will write that page in english and spanish, so new users can learn it easier than I did.
Please, consider create new subforums by languages like "English Forum" (I would recommend a "Spanish Forum" as well) so non french speakers can discuss and help each others in their own language, It would be really hepful.
Thank you!

Hi, I did find how to number the cues but without really understanding the result
- open CUE window (only cue 0 is listed here)
- create a cue (which became automatically the cue 1)
- edit the cue 1
- once the edit window is open, type 10 on the keyboard
- a new cue 10 is created, but the cue 1 is still there
What am I missing ??
Thanks
