I can not make D:Light work on a Win7 PC. Could someone describe to me in detail how to make it work?
I hav used it on Mac with succes for some time.

Hi,
what's the problem on your PC?
you should download the DLight_Win32_Install.exe from the download section on the site, launch it in order to install DL.
after you can run DL.

The problem is to make the program connect to the ENTTEC PRO MK2 dmx interface.

Have you done this:

:Light doesn't use the FTDI drivers to communicate with USB -> DMX devices
