wich OS do you run on your PC?
why can't u install the new release? what are the errors?

works well here on win7, so there must be a problem on your computer.

there is no difference in the build farm since a long time ago (except for the tag of the release...)
is there's an error message?
does someone around you can install the release on his computer?

The problem it's solved. The problem is: I need uninstall de version .18 for install version .20. He did not need to do.
