BCF2000 - move faders when changing submaster page

A friend gave me a Behringer BCF2000, and i want to try and use it with Dlight. I already have a Nanokontrol2, but I like the idea of the faders moving when I navigate through Submaster pages.
I can program the BCF (through the console itself, change CC, command number....) or the editor. That's no problem
But I want to know if there's a way when I change submaster page, Dlight sends a MIDI command of the state of all the Submasters, so the BCF updates the position of the faders.
I have the Midi input of the faders patched as SubStick, so fader 1 responds to the 1st sub of any page, the 2nd fader responds to the 2nd sub, etc.
My other idea was to program lots of diferent presets on the BCF. All the presets with the same configuration for the buttons and encoders, only changing the CC number for the faders (preset 1: faders CC 0 to 7 / preset 2: faders CC 8 to 15 / preset 3: faders CC16 to 23 ...... and so on). Then I would navigate through the presets of the BCF, in order to change Submaster pages.
But I think is a tedious and a lot of work, only if DLight is able to "flush" all the submasters state when I change page.
Hope it all makes sense...
Thanks a lot!!

DLight flush submasters's state when you change displayed page if they're patched to a MIDI message.
Hope it helps.

I'm really sorry, but then I don't get what I'm doing wrong. Can you please help me? What do I have to do to make the faders move when I change Sub Page?
Thanks a lot!

first thing I would do is to update DL.
then I would install Protokol hexler.net/protokol in order to be sure of what kind of Midi messages DL send when you change the submaster's page.
to be continued

Now, having the VirtualMidi Output enabled, DL sends MIDI data when moving faders (same message as the BCF is sending)
This screenshot above is when i move a fader, DL replies with the same message
This screenshot above is when i move the sub on DL
But, still the faders are not moving.
I know they work because when i change between presets on the BCF they move. I tried with the three modes for the motorized fader on the BCF (move, pick-up, motor)

so now there's two more things:
-either DL does not send to the good Output. did you tried to set only the BCF2000 port 1 as Output?
-either the BCF is not in a mode where it can receive MIDI

I've read on internet there may be a problem on Mac M1 and MIDI (?).
Tomorrow a friend will give me a USB-MIDI cable, and i'll try to send MIDI to the BCF through the USB-MIDI cable, see if that makes any change (some people on internet say that's the solution)

I have the same issue. The ancient BCF2000 works fine for controlling DL, but there is no feedback to the BCF2000.
This seems to be an issue with the M1 (M2, M3 as well ?).
Other equipment (Synthesizer, LaunchPad) gets midi signal from the M1, so it looks like this could be the M1 driver for the BCF2000.
Tomorrow, I will try the above equipment with DL, to see if a midi signal is send. I'll let you know.
[Perhaps it is better WITHOUT feedback. Sure, the faders don't move, but they then also don't move with FLASH, which makes an awful sound . ]
Best regards,
Noël

As promised, I tried today with a synthesizer (Roland Fantom-08) and a Novation Launchpad.
As expected, both work flawless, in both directions.
So, we are 100% sure that the problem is with MacOS (I have Sonoma 14.1) on Apple Silicon.
The workaround seems to be to connect the BCF2000 (or BCR2000) through an MIDI-to-USB cable/device.
As I don't have such cable/device, I am not able to test that.
Have a nice weekend
