Windows 11 have a new policy regarding security... without entering in details it means that Microsoft ships its new system as a 'Virtual System' (more or less exact but many users can understand).
:Light does not run on virtual system (as for 2023/02)...
So if
:light report your computer is running on a virtual system you need to disable it.
In order to do so there's several methods:
-First, you can try to disable Hyper-V mechanism as explained in attached document.
right after, you can try to activate/deactivate your licence.
If things goes well, you're good otherwise you'll need to tweak more...
-Second, you'll need to disable VBS (on Intel computer).
Thanks to @achille.dub here's a link that explain how to do so:
www.netcost-security.fr/guides/guides-te...er-les-performances/
it's in French but easily translatable (or find a source about the same topic in your language)
right after, you can try to activate/deactivate your licence.
Hope this helps...

ps: Microsoft provides instructions to enable virtualisation:
support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/enab...4b-a449-8ced115f58e1
You can follow them as well BUT you'll want to disable virtualisation
