unable to activate licence

Hi.
Again.
I’m running version 4.3.04 with XQuartz 2.8.1 on OS 10.10.5.
All the sugestions/solutions for the apple bug are not fixing the problem with the activation of the license.

let's restart...
-first install the latest XQuartz (2.8.2) then reboot your computer (don't forget to reboot, it matters a lot...)
-install DL 4.3.10 (or 4.3.11 as I think I'll publish it today)
-download the appleBug.command program that you can find here:
getdlight.com/media/kunena/attachments/42/appleBug.command.zip

-unzip appleBug.command and launch it (it should open a Terminal).
-this program should download 2x .pem files which are security certificate, and prompt for your password.
before typing your password, be sure that certificate's download have succeded (you should read some numbers different of 0).
then type your password and validate with Enter.

at this point launch DL, go to Licence menu then do Deactivate, (DL should run in DEMO mode),  go to Licence menu then do Activate.

tell me where it fails.

Ok I've downloaded DL version 4.3.11 and XQuartz 2.8.2 and run the applebug.command.
I think the .pem files didn't download:

I've already the isrg-root-x2.pem and isrgrootx1.pem in the system keychain, when in last attempts I transfered them to the root and add them via terminal. The ISGR Root X1 and ISGR Root X2 certificates are in the system keychain and have custom trust settings and are with always trust option.

I've launched DL and the problem persists (:Light is deactivated on this computer wil run in demo mode; Deactivate previous license first).



 

please find attached a .zip of the 2x .pem files.
unzip them and place them in the HOME directory (/Users/Videopata)
then launch again the appleBug.command, it will fail to download the .pem files but you don't care (as you already got them)
type your password and validate with Enter

run DL and do Deactivate then Activate
(please be sure that Firewall (in preferencesSystem/Security) is OFF)

the fact that i don't upgrade to a new OSx it's because i use software that doesn't have upgrades for newer OSx.
Not Catalina! but today i tried El Capitan, launched DL, deactivated and activated the license and...
Hurrah!!!
Now i'm running OS X 10.11.6 with DL 4.3.11 and Xquartz 2.8.2.
So many thanks for your help and for all your patience and time!

you should run the 4.3.12 which fixes a little mistake about Fine parameters (mea culpa...).

the only way to exactly prevent it is to upgrade the macOS.
Now, as your computer is able to process crypted communication it should be fine for a while.
