Bad file format - conversion Dlight 3 vers Dlight 4?

Bonjour,
je veux récupérer un vieux show créé sous Dlight 3 et l'utiliser sous Dlight 4.3.04.
J'ai le message "bad file format".
J'ai le même problème d'ouverture sur MAC et PC.
Que faut-il faire? Forcément, c'est urgent....

Hi, Im trying to open a sho that I made in 2017 and haven't opened since in the new Dlight but I'm not managing. It tells me : Bad file format. What am I supposed to do? I saw something in this thread about converting the files. but i have no clue how to do this. Could you maybe help me?

Thank you for your help with the conversion.

I've hit another problem. For some reason, some of my channels are not sent through the dmx. It depends on which .sho file I open. I have 20 channels open. with one version of the sho ch 9 - 12 dont work. In another version of the sho its 9 13 and 19. So its a bit random. Im not sure why it doesnt work. Could it have to do something with the conversion you did? Or is there a spot in the software I could check to have it fixed.

did you checked the Patch?
for example on finaleversievoorenkelerunplusrustaaneindtotaal12min_v43, output 9, 10, 11 & 12 are not patched...
