About art-net configuration

Hello.

I have a ploblem with the Art.net configuration, and i don´t know what i´m doing bad.

I have a Art-net dmx (compulite eport-41) with ip. 10.0.0.2
my pc is a windows vista home premium ( i check to wiht a windws 7) my ip is 10.0.0.1 and sub red 255.0.0.0

note: if i do ping to 10.0.0.2 with cmd i see it

I start dlight / new show/ setup / dmx output select art net / edit / select 10.255.255.255 / click art-net discover
and don't show nothing

I see the wiki and the forum but i don't know what happen

don't you have to setup your material to be able to receive Art-Net?

otherwise, everything you did looks ok...

But i don't know what happen, I dissable windows firewall and antivirus.
I try with crossover cable and with router,
the program is runing how administrator.

you don't need the crossover cable.
i make all my tests (with/without router) with straight cable, and it's fine

when you click on discover, it should display a 'wait for 3 seconds' message.
during this time, it send an ArtPoll request (nodes have 3 seconds to answer). if no one answer, it won't display any interface...

once again, are you sure the eport-41 is configured to receive ArtNet?
